About Our Client
Our Client is one of the global leaders in the packaging solutions and food processing space, with a presence in 80+ countries worldwide. They are at the forefront of innovation and environmental consciousness and command a high share both in India as well as globally. They are rapidly growing their presence in India and to support their growth, they are looking for Business Development Managers out of multiple locations.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will :
- Manage a high impact business development role reaching out to multiple organisations in the food, beverages and other FMCG/allied industries
- Be responsible for end-to-end business development, including prospecting for new clients, reaching out to clients via various channels and events and bringing them on board
- Chart out the market potential, develop the right proposition for your portfolio of products and build a pipeline of clients
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have 4+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in foods/related industries or a degree in food technology. A background in FMCG/allied industries would be preferable, along with the ability to be a self-starter and have the vision for the organisation's new product lines. A successful track record of getting new clients on board, as well as excellent communication and work ethic would be a must.
