About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest tobacco players in the world. Well known for its product portfolio, they are looking for a ASM for a location in the North. They are an organisation with huge presence in India and abroad. They have a strong product portfolio and are one of the market leaders.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:-
- Handling sales and distribution at the ground level
- Handling the retail brand visibility and product display across the outlets
- Developing and managing the counterparts for increasing the sales
- Handling and implementing the consumer engagement initiatives
- Setting and communicating the individual objectives to the third party team members.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an MBA from Top Tier B school and should be a pass out either from 2014 or 2015 batches only. An ideal candidate should have prior experience of working in the sales function and willing to relocate to any of the Tier1/2 locations. You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams.
