About Our Client
Our client is a multi billion dollar MNC in the direct selling space. With a solid presence across the world and bestselling product portfolio - they are rapidly growing in India, and therefore looking for an Area Sales Manager to look after the east region based in Kolkata.
Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for:
- Working with a team of distributors to plan and achieve sales targets for the area
- Identifying opportunities which have a potential for launch of new or existing products
- Coordinating various sales programs and acting as mentor and guide for the sales force
- Establishing long term relationships with distributors and customers, and maintaining channels to receive regular customer feedback
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would come with at least 10 years of sales and training experience with an established FMCG, insurance or direct sales organisation. He/she must also have a proven track record with sales targets and overall performance. The client would also like the candidate to be self-motivated and possess superior leadership, negotiation and influencing skills that they have clearly demonstrated in the past. A high Emotional Quotient and training skills would also be desirable.
