The Senior Analyst -Payroll & Benefits Operations will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Mumbai and Sydney payrolls, including activities and reconciliation of benefits and pension. In addition, the Senior Analyst will be also involved with activities supporting other Global payrolls as assigned (e.g., HongKong, United Kingdom, USA etc.).
The incumbent will have an over-all responsibility for executing practises in HR operations, compliance, managing HR systems with respective vendors, business partners and functional stakeholders.
Should be able handle end to end payroll for multiple entities, reimbursements and benefits management, post payroll compliances and other activities such as on-boarding, annual increment cycles, exit management, audits, vendor management, manage Off roll/contract staff life cycle and MIS.
